1. Coaching SessionsSingle Sessions:If you need to cancel or reschedule a single coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within this period, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.Coaching Packages:If you purchase a package of coaching sessions, you may request a refund for any unused sessions within 14 days of the purchase date. The refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions used.After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for coaching packages, but you may reschedule unused sessions with at least 24 hours' notice.
2. Group Coaching Programs and WorkshopsGroup coaching programs and workshops require a minimum commitment from participants. If you wish to cancel your participation, please provide notice at least 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund.Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.No refunds will be issued once the program or workshop has started.
3. Online Courses and Digital ProductsDue to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for online courses and downloadable content once access has been granted.
